Job Description
Aduro Advisors is seeking a bright and talented Assistant Controller to join their team in supporting top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. The role involves managing client relationships, executing on practical technical excellence, and playing a pivotal role in the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in the alternative asset industry
- Venture Capital and/or Private Equity experience is preferred
- External auditor experience / CPA certification / MBA a plus
- In-depth understanding of US GAAP and partnership accounting
- Experience in a client-facing role leading engagements on multiple clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems such as Xero or Quickbooks
