Requirements
- Higher education in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar support role.
- Basic understanding of labour legislation and HR processes.
- Excellent written and verbal Estonian and English; Russian is a plus.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR) and good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
