Job Description
The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR administrative and operational processes, maintaining accurate personnel documentation, and supporting employees and managers in day-to-day HR matters in a well-established international manufacturing company operating in Lithuania.
Requirements
- Experience in working time accounting administration
- Experience with aggregated working time accounting systems
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Knowledge of labor law regulations
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive personality
- Good English and Russian language skills would be considered an advantage
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g., BSS) is considered an advantage
