(Senior) Consultant M365 Adoption & Change Management (all genders)

Shape the IT of tomorrow as a Consultant in our Microsoft team and oversee change management processes in companies sustainably. Take responsibility for creating acceptance for change and analyze the change situation to develop tailored change management strategies.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in (business) psychology, economics, or communications science, sociology, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in relevant areas.
• Several years of professional experience in leading and implementing change management projects.
• Systemic additional qualification and/or a certification as a trainer or Prosci Change Practitioner (desirable).
• Knowledge in at least one of the Microsoft platforms such as Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365 that goes beyond normal user knowledge.
• Very good German and good English skills.
