Requirements

• Successful completion of a degree in (business) psychology, economics, or communication science, sociology, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in relevant fields
• Several years of professional experience in leading and implementing Change Management projects
• Extensive experience in conceiving, preparing, implementing, and following up on workshops independently
• Extensive practical experience in applying agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) in several projects
• Very good German and good English skills
