ADEO, a European leader in the home improvement and DIY market, is seeking a Data Lead Expert to join the Global Tech & Data Platform (GTDP). The role involves leading a squad dedicated to the 'Finance' platform, transforming data into performance levers and decision-making aids, and working with the Financial Director to bring value through AI and data analysis.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in Data Engineering, Data Analysis, and AI
- Experience or appetite for Finance-related professions (accounting, control, treasury)
- Mastering cloud environments (ideally GCP) and data and machine learning operations (DataOps/MLOps) methodologies
- Confirmed experience in managing technical teams or leading a Data/Agile squad
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Natural leadership and initiative-taking capacity
- Autonomy and ability to work in a complex environment
- Intellectual curiosity and active listening, facilitating constructive exchanges
