AI / ML Leader - H/F

ADEO, a leading European company, is seeking an AI/ML Leader to join their transverse Data team. The team's mission is to disseminate data engineering best practices, accompany product and department teams in data culture, and ensure the reliability, quality, and governance of used data. The AI/ML Leader will lead and develop an AI team of experts, define and execute the AI roadmap for the Finance, HR, and Positive Impact platforms, and pilot innovation and technological watch.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Mastery of the Python data science ecosystem
• Solid experience with Cloud environments, ideally GCP
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end AI projects
• Operational management experience of a Data Science team
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Natural leadership and initiative-taking ability
• Excellent ability to navigate a complex and matrixed environment
