Financial Controller

Addepto is a leading AI consulting and data engineering company that builds scalable, ROI-focused AI solutions for some of the world’s largest enterprises and pioneering startups. We are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee all accounting, reporting, and compliance activities for Addepto in Poland, ensuring alignment with KMS Technology’s global finance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/controlling experience, ideally within multinational or PE-backed environments
• Strong knowledge of Polish GAAP, tax, and statutory requirements; experience with US GAAP a plus
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
• Strong English communication skills; Polish fluency required
