Job Description
The Controller will oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls for a fast-growing pet products company, operating a multi-location model. This role involves maintaining accurate financial statements, managing inventory, and providing financial insights to support operational efficiency and growth. Familiarity with AI tools is highly valued.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing, eCommerce, or consumer goods
- Expertise in inventory and cost accounting for multi-location operations
- Strong working knowledge of Sage 100 Cloud ERP
- Experience managing Amazon FBA/FBM/AWD and 3PL integrations
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and financial reconciliation tools
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
