Job Description
This position is for a Financial Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls for a rapidly growing, innovative pet products company. The controller will lead financial reporting, manage inventory accounting, and leverage automation tools to improve financial accuracy and efficiency. They will work with multiple US and international facilities, focusing on manufacturing cost accounting, Amazon financial management, and leveraging AI to enhance financial capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- Expertise in inventory and cost accounting for multi-location operations
- Strong working knowledge of Sage 100 Cloud ERP
- Experience managing Amazon FBA/FBM/AWD and 3PL integrations
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and financial reconciliation tools
- Advanced Excel skills, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
