Job Description
This full-time remote Controller position is part of a rapidly growing pet products company with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. The role involves overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls, with a strong emphasis on inventory accounting, Amazon FBA/FBM/AWD, and cost control. The company utilizes AI and automation tools to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing, eCommerce, or consumer goods
- Expertise in inventory and cost accounting for multi-location operations
- Strong working knowledge of Sage 100 Cloud ERP
- Experience managing Amazon FBA/FBM/AWD and 3PL integrations
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and financial reconciliation tools
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or analytics platforms for data accuracy and forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
