Satisfaction Research Associate - Utah, Spanish Speaking

We are looking for a Satisfaction Research Associate to conduct phone surveys and gather feedback about customer experiences in senior care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and a commitment to efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Performing of a wide range of surveys
• Dictation of answers during a live survey
• Typing Speed at least 55 wpm
• Accurately conducting a survey eligibility check
• Tracking of performance and hours
• Basic computer literacy
• Bilingual SRCA (English/Spanish)
• Organization skills
• High attention to detail
• Commitment to efficiency and accuracy
• Previous surveying experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Adherence to scripting and other Quality Assurance rules
• Spanish and English proficiency
