Satisfaction Research Associate - Utah

We are looking for a Satisfaction Research Center Associate to conduct brief phone surveys to gather feedback about the experience people have had at different types of healthcare facilities. This is an entry-level position that requires stable internet and a quiet environment. Activated Insights will provide all other necessary equipment.

Requirements

• Performing of a wide range of surveys
• Dictation of answers during a live survey
• Typing Speed at least 55 wpm is preferred
• Accurately conducting a survey eligibility check to a list of possible respondents
• Tracking of performance and hours
• Basic computer literacy required
• No college diploma required
• Bilingual SSR (English/Spanish) is preferred
