This role involves architecting and executing a full-funnel strategy to drive profitable customer growth for a high-velocity DTC brand. The Head of Growth Marketing will own and scale the entire acquisition engine, transforming large budgets into impactful outcomes. The position requires data-driven decision-making and team leadership.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years owning growth for a DTC brand, preferably with $10–50M+ annual media spend
- Mastery of Meta and Google Ads
- Experience with at least one emerging channel (TikTok, CTV, podcasts, etc.)
- Fluency in LTV modeling, cohort analysis, and incrementality testing (GA4, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, or home-grown)
- Proven record of hitting aggressive new-customer and MER targets while scaling spend
- Hands-on approach: comfortable shifting between strategy, execution and coaching
