The Digital Marketing Manager will be a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing cohesive digital strategies for customers, particularly focused on retention. This role involves owning the Shopify journey, optimizing email campaigns, and collaborating across multiple teams to drive growth and enhance the digital customer experience. The role requires data-driven decision-making, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or DTC brand management
- Deep knowledge of Shopify, email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar), and performance marketing channels
- Proven experience designing and optimizing full-funnel experiences with a focus on retention
- Strong understanding of user behavior and digital analytics
- Skilled in leading cross-functional projects and communicating strategy to stakeholders
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and an obsession with continuous improvement
- Experience in the wellness, supplement, or CPG space preferred
