Subtl Beauty is seeking a Retention Strategist to deepen customer loyalty, drive repeat purchases, and grow a loyal fan base, particularly within their VIP Facebook community. The role involves lifecycle marketing, customer journey development, and strategy implementation to leverage data and customer insights. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in retention or lifecycle marketing at a DTC or digital-first brand
• Experience managing or contributing to owned community spaces
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs
• Data-literate with a clear grasp of LTV, churn, repurchase rate, and how to move those metrics
• Understanding of customer psychology and emotional resonance
• Clear and confident communicator with strong copywriting instincts
• Highly organized and proactive
• Genuine passion for customer experience, beauty culture, and brand storytelling
• Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, and e-commerce tools
