Job Description
ActioNet is seeking a Mid-level Data Center Technician to support Treasury’s data center infrastructure. Responsibilities include server patching, system backups, log analysis, incident response, and ensuring compliance. This role is vital for maintaining optimal system performance and compliance within a 24x7 support rotation.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for High Public Trust clearance
- 1–8+ years of relevant IT infrastructure or data center experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and standard enterprise tools
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
