Job Description
This position is a Senior Data Center Technician at a 24x7 data center environment. The role involves system health checks, incident resolution, hardware maintenance, and mentoring junior technicians, in addition to contributing to continuous improvement processes. They will also contribute to the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for High Public Trust clearance.
- 1–8+ years of relevant IT infrastructure or data center experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and standard enterprise tools.
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
