Front Desk Supervisor - One Rincon Hill

Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Front Desk Supervisor to join their team at One Rincon Hill in San Francisco. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, supervise front desk staff, and maintain the appearance of the front desk area.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of front desk hotel experience or at least 1 year of leadership experience in a related customer service industry
• Hospitality Management college students or graduates are highly desired
• Polished and professional presentation and demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
• Proactive customer service approach
