Job Description
Actifai is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to support pilot and rollout clients, focusing on engaging key stakeholders and leading implementation tasks. The role requires maintaining client relationships, managing application support, and driving upgrades. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology
- 3-5 years of management consulting, client services, or project management experience (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multiple projects and initiatives
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and delivery skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with large data sets (SQL/JSON a plus)
