Requirements

• Culinary training (CAP/BEP/BTS) or significant experience in the hotel/restaurant industry
• Confirmed experience on a similar post
• Organisation, rigor, and reactivity
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to quality of products and work
