The Grand Hotel Roi Rene MGallery is hiring a Junior Sous Chef in Aix-en-Provence, responsible for managing their post with autonomy, ensuring quality and regularity of preparations, and offering clients a qualitative and convivial culinary experience.

Requirements

• Manage their post with autonomy
• Ensure the quality and regularity of preparations

• Master all types of cooking for all types of food
• Respect the usage and safety rules of the equipment provided
• Manage the commis and apprentices, train and be responsible for them
• Respect HACCP standards and attention to food safety
• Cleaning and organization in accordance with sanitary standards
