Planning Assistant

API is seeking a Planning Assistant to join our company in the role of Planning Assistant. The Planning Assistant's goal is to correctly process our airline and rail partners' schedules in our system ACES.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in operations or airline crew scheduling experience is preferred
• Hotel or Airline background will be an asset
• Computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
