Business Development Account Manager

We are seeking a Remote Business Development Account Manger in the Cleveland, OH area to support our facility in Columbus. The remote Business Development Account Manager will join our team and grow lines of service as defined by management by developing and retaining referrals from physicians and other key non-physician referral sources.

Requirements

• Work closely with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management, as well as provide education to staff to generate referral sources.
• Develop strong relationships with key referral sources and their personnel, identifying new opportunities for partnering and growth.
• Manage leads from referral sources and ensures efficient admissions process for clients.
