Requirements
- +2 years proven experience in sales, preferable in educational services, e-learning, or creative industries in a Global setting.
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills. Additional languages are a plus (e.g. French, Swahili).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone, via email, and messaging.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into enrolments.
- Must be self-motivated and trustworthy with a strong will to succeed.
- Be familiar with or willing to work within a start-up culture
- Well organised with experience using CRM systems and sales software. Experience in process orientated sales cycles.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Empathetic listener who can understand and respond to potential students' needs and concerns.
- Goal-oriented, with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Adaptable and open to feedback and coaching, with a continuous desire to improve both personally and professionally.
