Job Description
We are looking for a Pre-Occupancy Technician to ensure newly constructed or renovated homes are fully prepared, functional, and ready for homeowner move-in. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards, with experience in residential construction, home repair, building maintenance, or related fields.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in drywall installation and painting
- Experience in residential construction, home repair, building maintenance, or related fields
- Working knowledge of home systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing, and finishing work)
- Ability to read construction plans and punch lists
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
