Job Description
The Guest Services Host will ensure a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent service to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the center. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing information about local attractions, answering calls, maintaining cash float, and handling guest complaints. The role requires a calm demeanor and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good telephone manner
- Experience in complaint handling
- Knowledge of GDPR
