The Technology Partnerships Lead at A.Team will drive the development and activation of strategic partnerships with AI companies and tech service providers. This role focuses on building relationships, fostering collaboration, and creating joint initiatives to expand A.Team's network and enhance its service offerings.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
- Proven track record of building and scaling technology partnerships at high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Experience working with cloud services providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of their partner ecosystems
- Background in system integration, cloud services & enterprise AI technology partnerships preferred
- History of successfully managing complex partnership engagements
- Strong business acumen with ability to identify and articulate value propositions for technical partnerships
- Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to influence and collaborate across organizations
- Data-driven approach to partnership management with experience in CRM and partnership management tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Project management expertise with ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Experience with partnership management platforms and tools
- Familiarity with enterprise AI/GenAI solutions, including LLMs, MLOps, and AI infrastructure
- Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and technical evaluation processes
