Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead global learning and development strategies. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, including training design and facilitation, and be certified in branded training products and psychometric tools.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or other discipline
- 8 years of experience in Learning & Development including training design and facilitation
- Certified in branded training products and psychometric tools (MBTI, 360 assessments, DICS, etc..) is an advantage
- Hands on experience in E learning design, career development and talent management
- Management experience in designing and delivering cultural change programs / projects in a global context
- Experience working with global teams in matrix organizations
- A mature individual with excellent interpersonal skills, convincing and influential
- Independent, capable in handling diversity in a multicultural organization
- Willing to travel
