Job Description
Chewy is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to create and deliver onboarding experiences and continuing education for Practice Hub Teams and external clinic staff.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in designing instructional content
- Three years of experience delivering training programs and/ or educational programs
- Proficient in Articulate Rise, Storyline, Camtasia and/or Adobe Suites
- Familiar with the ADDIE model for content creation
- Familiar with working in a Learning Management System (Cornerstone is preferred)
- Demonstrates strong experience in facilitation with knowledge of adult learning theory
- Able to lead and develop new hire trainees through the onboarding experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to effectively communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into action and drive successful outcomes
- Well-versed in training, facilitation deliverables
- Proficient with Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)
- Ability to travel (up to 25% of the time)
