Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients, and train and manage a team of Business Development Executives.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development executive/manager role in a IT company
- Excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good Communication and Convincing Skills Problem solving skills
- 4 years' prior experience in business development / relationship management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
