Requirements

- Proven experience in People Operations or other relevant, business-oriented functions
- Excellent operational thinking with a strong focus on process excellence, compliance, cost awareness, and scalability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all seniority levels
- Experience in an international office and working environment
- Very good English and German skills in writing and speaking
