Job Description
Join our dynamic People & Operations team at 360T Group as a Working Student in People & Operations. You will contribute to impactful people-related initiatives and support process improvements in close collaboration with your team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Business Education, Organisational Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- Hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- Team player
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Feel comfortable with dealing with people from all around the world
- Good knowledge of MS-Office e.g. World, Excel and PowerPoint
- First experience with Personio and SAP SF is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English
