Job Description
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs at assigned properties to ensure physical condition meets ownership/management objectives. The role involves a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, working on both emergency and non-emergency requests. This position requires scheduling and may involve travel and on-call duties.
Requirements
- Perform general maintenance and repairs at assigned properties.
- Perform resident work orders as assigned.
- Perform site work orders as assigned.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Complete apartment turnovers.
- Perform emergency on-call shifts.
