Job Description
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company standards. This 40-hour, weeknight position involves performing maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and related tasks. The role requires being on-call and performing emergency work.
Requirements
- Perform general maintenance and repairs at assigned properties.
- Perform resident work orders as assigned.
- Perform site work orders as assigned.
- Perform preventive maintenance as assigned.
- Complete apartment turnovers as assigned.
- Perform emergency on-call shifts and after-hours maintenance.
