Werkstudent Customer Service & Partner Support (m/w/d)

We support students to communicate with us via email, phone, and social media in a friendly and solution-oriented way. You will work in our backend system, maintain booking data, and ensure correct payment information. You will also support us in onboarding new partner hotels and provide technical and organizational support.

Requirements

• Registered student (preferably in business administration, tourism management, communication or a comparable course)
• High proficiency in German and English
• Structured and able to keep a cool head in a high-volume email environment
• Familiar with MS Office and CRM systems
• Experience in customer service or the hotel industry is a plus
