Job Description
24 Hour Home Care is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead and advance its People function, guiding HR strategy to support a high-performance, mission-aligned culture during a period of growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
- 15+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience.
- At least 7+ years in senior leadership roles in CA (VP, SVP, CHRO, or equivalent)
- Travel to Support Center in El Segundo, CA and other locations throughout Southern California once a month.
- Possible Quarterly travel outside of CA.
