Job Description
Mechanical Engineer (Mechanisms) - Hands responsible for designing transmissions, structures, integrating sensors and actuators, performing FEA simulations, etc. for advanced humanoid robots.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or higher education
- Experience with CAD (preferred OnShape)
- Experience with structural FEA
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing techniques to ensure manufacturability for mid and high volume manufacturing
- Experience bringing complex products from concept to production
- Strong prototyping skills and intuition for efficient concept validation
