143 Studios is hiring a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy & Operations to build, optimize, and manage the systems and processes that power our digital marketing performance across all channels.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years in digital marketing, growth, or marketing operations, ideally with experience in media production and content creation.
- Solid understanding in website management and optimization, email marketing, CRM, paid acquisition, and campaign management.
- Strong hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress), HubSpot (or similar), attribution models, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms.
- Highly analytical, data-literate and detail-oriented, able to turn metrics into actionable improvements.
- Adept at communication, cross-functional leadership, and vendor management.
