CrewBloom is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive growth through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be strategic, hands-on with digital marketing experience, and capable of creating impactful initiatives to attract high-quality leads and support the company's expansion.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Digital Marketing/Advertising Products, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM software, and data analysis tools (e.g. G4, etc).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
