Driven, organized, relational leader to inspire and grow people to connect in the mission of 12Stone, leading volunteers and teams to create an excellent experience during weekend services, campus events, and small groups.
Requirements
- Spiritual formation pastor with 3+ years of experience in ministry
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Developed Christian maturity and model Christian character
- Leadership to teams and volunteers
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules
