Job Description
As the Sales Development Representative within the Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and qualification of sales opportunities in Japan across new and existing customers. This position will be based in Tokyo on a hybrid basis (approx.3 days in the office) and will require strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology or related field
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Ability to solve problems, think strategically
- Work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills being able to handle conflicting priorities
- Strong relationship building and active listening skills
- Fluent Japanese and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Working knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office applications
