Job Description
Zuum Transportation is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their Orange County, CA office. The role focuses on prospecting new shippers, qualifying leads, and managing a pipeline, acting as a connector between marketing and sales. Zuum is a leading transportation technology company focused on revolutionizing the future of freight brokerage.
Requirements
- 1+ year of inside sales or BDR experience (freight brokerage/logistics experience a huge plus!).
- Hunter mentality — loves the chase, embraces high-volume outbound activity.
- Quick learner who can pick up Zuum’s services and pitch confidently within days.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and driven to win.
