The ZUFALL logistics group is looking for an engaged, discreet, and organized person to support their management in their daily business and relieve them professionally.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in the secretariat or assistant area, ideally on management or management level
• Secure handling of M365, especially MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High organizational ability, discretion, and sense of responsibility
• Friendly, sovereign, and professional appearance
• Structured, independent, and reliable work
• Teamwork, flexibility, and hands-on mentality
• Very good German skills in word and writing
• English skills are an advantage
