Job Description
Zarephath is a dedicated behavioral health agency that provides comprehensive behavioral health services and family support to individuals in Arizona. As a Youth Enrichment Specialist, you will provide weekend care for youth ages 5–17 in residential and community-based settings, supporting treatment goals and promoting social development.
Requirements
- Work scheduled shifts: Friday 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Sunday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Escort children on community-based outings
- Safely transport children in agency vehicles
- Collaborate with youth on treatment plan objectives
- Provide care in a structured, therapeutic setting
