The role involves working in a team environment and independently, with a focus on meeting maintenance deadlines and complying with essential staff requirements during emergency situations.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to work outside in changing weather conditions
- Must be available for 24 hour on call as needed
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
