Zone IT Solutions is looking for a dedicated End User Computing (EUC) Desktop Support professional to provide comprehensive technical support to users, ensuring efficient and effective desktop environments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of network protocols and configuration (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
- Understanding of Active Directory and user account management.
- Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
