Patient Service Representative

The Cardiac Management Solutions division of ZOLL Medical Corporation is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to train patients on the use and care of the LifeVest wearable cardioverter defibrillator. The ideal candidate has patient care experience and the flexibility to accept assignments as their schedule dictates.

Requirements

• 1 year patient care experience
• Patient experience must be in a paid professional environment (not family caregiver)
• Patient experience must be documented on resume
• Completion of background check
• Florida and Ohio candidates must complete a level 2 screening, fee not paid by ZOLL
• Disclosure of personal NPI number (if applicable)
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance and/or valid state ID
• Willingness to pay a $30 annual DME fee which is deducted from a completed Work Order
• Willingness to pay for additional vendor credentialing (i.e. RepTrax) if needed geographically
