Job Description
Implementation Specialist role at ZOLL, working closely with clients to develop effective training plans and execute them, ensuring successful implementation of ZOLL products. Collaborates with other team members on project planning, process improvement, and training material development.
Requirements
- Effectively train clients on the use of ZOLL software based on best practices
- Develop and maintain training and process material essential to the success of the implementation process
- Coordinate with support and product team to resolve customer issues
- Track product adoption for customers
- Act as a training and product resource for other members of the ZOLL team
- Participate in project coordination with ZOLL Project Managers and clients
