We are looking for a Commercial Employee / Billing Specialist to join our 5-member accounting team in Hamburg. You will be responsible for billing, accounting, and payment processes, as well as direct customer contact and digital process optimization.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
• Experience in billing or accounting
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
• Safe handling of MS Excel and ideally experience with ticket or booking systems
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and collaboration with various departments
• Structured, independent working style
• Affinity for numbers, quick understanding, and solution-oriented thinking
• Openness to new technologies, particularly the use of AI
• Willingness to work 3-4 days in the office in Hamburg
